PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE AWAY FOR ANNUAL LEAVE FROM 14-28 SEPTEMBER 2019. ORDERS CAN STILL BE PLACED DURING THAT PERIOD BUT THEY WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL AFTER OUR RETURN. MANY THANKS.

  • Delivery

    Cornishwear products are hand made. Therefore, although we carry most sizes and colours in stock, there will be times when your item will be made specifically for you. This will inevitably take slightly longer, but we hope that you agree that it also makes it that little bit more special. Therefore if we have the product in stock, we aim to send out orders within two days of receipt. If instead the item is being made for you, delivery will usually be within two weeks. If your order is for a special present or occasion, let us know and we will do all that we can to make sure you receive it on time.

    All orders will be sent first class by Royal Mail.

  • Delivery costs

    Postage and packing of £4 will be applied to all domestic orders of three items or less.  For delivery charges on orders over three items, please contact us. Please also contact us for delivery charges on international orders.

  • Made to Order items

    All waxed cotton smocks are made to order.  In addition, we are happy to consider making any item especially for you.  Therefore if you need anything slightly bigger or slightly smaller, please contact us.  Please note however that any item made especially for a customer will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

    We would be delighted to consider any requests for bespoke orders, including work uniforms or sports kits.

  • Garment Care

    Our linen/cotton, cotton and fleece smocks wash well at 40°C.  All waxed cotton products should be sponge cleaned only with cold water and without detergents.

  • Payment

    Payment can be made securely online with debit or credit cards.  Alternatively, feel free to phone us with your order.  If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us.

  • Returns

    We really want you to be happy with your Cornishwear purchase.  In the unlikely event that you are not, we will be happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 20 days of the item being shipped to you, provided the item is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.  For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the cost of the return.  Please send any returns to Cornishwear, Lamorna, Penzance, Cornwall TR19 6XL.  Please ensure you include your name and address with any return.

  • Conformity of Goods

    We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct.  Although the colour representations are as close to the actual products as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the computer system.
